The accommodation is a two-minute stroll to Benllech Beach with its fine golden sands and clear blue waters. The beach is family-friendly and during low tide, the sand extends for miles and is ideal for paddling and safe swimming.

For guests who want to explore the Anglesey Coastal Path, Sandaig is perfect as the path runs directly through Benllech Village which is located a short five-minute walk up the hill into the village where you’ll find convenience stores, cafes and great fish and chips!

Living Space

On the ground floor, you’ll find two fabulous living, dining and entertaining spaces.

The spacious living room to the right is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV and a log burner making Sandaig ideal for cosy autumn-winter seaside escapes. Large patio doors lead out to a terrace and onto the lawned garden.

The fully equipped kitchen diner is out of this world! If the living room is the place to chill and relax, the kitchen is where you’ll come together to cook, chat, dine and entertain.

There is plenty of space for everyone with an island and breakfast bar, a dining table to seat eight and another set of patio doors leading out to the terrace.

Great views are to be had from both the living room and kitchen.

From the kitchen, you also have access to a small utility area and a downstairs guest toilet.

Sleeping Arrangements

Sandaig has four large bedrooms ideal for multigenerational family stays or relaxed friend groups.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor making it ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

• Bedroom one: Ground floor king-size bedroom with two single zip-together beds and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
• Bedroom two: First-floor king-size bedroom which features a Juliet balcony and incredible views to the beach and sea.
• Bedroom three: First-floor twin bedroom with wardrobes
• Bedroom four: First-floor king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and more incredible sea views!

On the first floor, there is a further family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Garden glory!

Head outdoors to Sandaig’s patio and garden. The raised patio is accessible from the kitchen and living room and features outdoor dining for eight guests, a fabulous pergola covering the table and chairs and a BBQ.

Down a few stairs to the glorious enclosed lawned garden you will find new garden furniture, its also the perfect place where your kids and pets can safely while away the hours whatever the weather. There is an outdoor shower for washing away the sand after a day at the beach.

A little stream runs at the bottom of the garden, however, this is fenced off so adds to the delight but is perfectly safe for toddlers.

Benllech Village and Benllech Beach

Benllech Beach on the east coast of Anglesey in North Wales is one of Anglesey’s most popular beach destinations with its fine golden sands and crystal-clear waters.

This blue flag beach is a great choice for families as the waters are especially safe for swimming and paddling, and there are rock pools to explore. Yippee!

The beach has pram access and excellent disabled facilities.

Little Benllech Village is small but perfectly formed with every amenity and convenience you’ll need to enjoy your Anglesey beach holiday without having to jump in the car to buy groceries or dine out.

The village has supermarkets, butchers, a chemist and a post office; a hairdresser and a shop where you can buy the all-important bucket, spade and fishing net. Essential equipment for your beach escape on Anglesey!

If you want to jump in the car, you can shop at the larger supermarkets of Waitrose, Iceland and Morrisons. Around the village, you’ll find a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars.

If you are visiting Anglesey on a walking holiday, you’ll find Benllech Village and beach an excellent base as the route cuts through the village.
