Ebb and Flow is a striking wooden-slatted house set in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the Porth Crigyll estate just off Crigyll Beach, it's been renovated to a high standard, the kind of finish and attention to detail that makes you want to stay an extra night, then rebook before you've even left.

This is a house that pulls you outside. French doors lead from the kitchen straight out to the back, perfect for throwing open when you're entertaining. The kitchen itself has plenty of space to cook in, and being open-plan, you're never shut away from the rest of the house, so you can carry on cooking and still be part of the holiday.

Downstairs has a twin room, handy for anyone who'd rather not tackle the stairs, along with a utility shower room close by.

Head upstairs and you'll find the master king bedroom, complete with its own en-suite, a standalone bath, and a private balcony, just a couple of chairs and a spot to sit and watch the world go by. There's a double room too, a further twin, and a family shower room shared between them.

Outside is where Ebb and Flow comes into its own. The garden has been beautifully landscaped, with hefty furniture built for lounging, a BBQ area, and a deck made for sitting quietly, or rolling out a mat for some early morning yoga. Then there's the hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day outdoors.

If you've ever walked along the beach at Rhosneigr, you'll have noticed the wooden houses standing right at the end of the sand. Ebb and Flow is one of three we have on our books, and it's just undergone a real transformation, with every detail thought through by the owners.

Rhosneigr village is a ten-minute walk, and the mountains of Snowdonia sit on the horizon from the balcony. Guests who find Ebb and Flow will want to come back.
