Ty Cwyfan (pronounced 'Tea Quiv-an') is a ground-floor apartment within the historic Llys Llewelyn complex, located in the picturesque village of Aberffraw. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is spacious and bright, with natural sunlight pouring in through the multi-aspect windows and misted glass door leading to the patio. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dining table for up to six guests. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a large fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker, is perfect for preparing family meals or beach picnics.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the two twin rooms provide ample space for children or friends. The bedrooms are thoughtfully located away from the living area to ensure a quiet and restful night's sleep.
Guests can enjoy the small patio with a bench table for morning coffee or al fresco dining. The complex offers various amenities, including ample parking and an EV charging point (app download required).
