Ancones is a bright, modern three-storey home designed for sociable and relaxing seaside holidays. Newly renovated in 2024, the updated kitchen and fresh interiors make it the perfect Rhosneigr retreat for families and groups.
On entry, you’ll find two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, each featuring walk-in showers. These rooms are perfect for guests who prefer to be close to the ground level or enjoy a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The ground floor also provides access to an enclosed patio garden, a delightful spot for summer BBQs or morning coffees, complete with a table, chairs, BBQ, and an outdoor chiminea.
The first floor is the heart of the home, offering a sociable open-plan layout. The living room boasts two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV, while large windows flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, thanks to its thoughtful renovation in 2024, featuring modern appliances and plenty of counter space. Adjacent is the dining area, where the family can gather to share meals and plan the next day's adventures.
The top floor is the master bedroom, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath.
The property includes off-road parking for two cars and a ramp to the entrance for added accessibility.
