Living and entertaining

This double-fronted home has three reception rooms designed in a contemporary rustic style. Sink into the comfortable sofas and chairs to chill out after a day exploring Rhosneigr and its beaches.

This is the ideal set-up for a multi-generational family or friends holiday, as you can designate a living room for the children, one for watching TV and another as a quiet room for reading or napping.

One reception room is lovely and bright with patio doors leading out to the garden. Furnished with two large sofas, this is a lovely room for watching TV while keeping an eye on the children.

The two reception rooms to the front of the house feature large bay windows to let loads of natural light stream in.

There is a Smart TV so you won’t have to miss any of your favourite series during your stay and there’s an ornate wood burner to keep out the chill when holidaying in the autumn or winter months.

Many guests make the attractive kitchen the hub of the house. It’s a gorgeously spacious room for chatting while cooking or lingering over a bottle of wine when dinner is done. It’s fully equipped with an oven, microwave and hob for you to rustle up meals as you’re bound to have built up a healthy appetite breathing in all that fresh sea air. There’s also a dishwasher so no squabbling over who’s turn it is to wash up.

Sleeping arrangements

This property comfortably sleeps eight people and you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to the four roomy bedrooms.

Take your pick from the king-size double bedroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom or a bunk room.

What’s more, with three bathrooms, there’s no excuse for being late for breakfast - although the comfortable beds and airy rooms are attractive reasons to enjoy a lie-in.

Front and back gardens for playing and dining al fresco

Just next to the kitchen is a patio area, which is the best spot for dining outdoors. It’s just a few steps from the kitchen to the outside table - easy for bringing food and drinks back and forth.

The patio leads down to the lawn, a lovely spot for relaxing or playing, whichever takes your fancy. The front garden is also lawned and has a rustic garden bench for watching the world go by or listening to the birds singing in the trees.

Who is Hen Gi Mor for?

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It’s a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don’t have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
