Rhonwil sits in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes' walk to some of Wales' greatest beaches and a minute from the village's shops, restaurants and pubs. This is a comfy, home-away-from-home sort of place, somewhere you'll settle into from the moment you arrive.
Set over one floor, it's well suited to families with toddlers, grandparents, or anyone who'd rather avoid stairs. Wooden flooring runs throughout, with a relaxed country-style feel and a few modern comforts dotted in. Step in through a sunny porch, handy for dropping off sandy flip-flops or muddy wellies and through to a bright, open-plan living and dining area. The living room has two sofas and an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a wood burner for cosy out-of-season stays. The dining table seats six, and leads through to a sunroom used for games, reading, or just unwinding in the comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, beach picnics, or a buffet to take out into the garden.
Rhonwil has two double bedrooms and a twin, a family bathroom with shower over the bath, and a further shower room.
Outside, a fully enclosed lawned garden gives kids and pets plenty of room to run about before dinner. At the rear, a raised decked terrace is a good spot for morning coffee or an evening drink in the new recliners. The driveway has space for two cars, or a car and a boat or jet ski.
