Monfa is a modern single-level bungalow, set over one floor with an open-plan layout, in a brilliantly handy spot on Anglesey. Set on the road between Mona and Llangefni, it’s a great base for getting around the island quickly, ideal for families, friends and anyone who prefers step-free living. Inside and outside is fully accessible for wheelchairs and buggies.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining space is the heart of Monfa, perfect for big breakfasts, games around the long wooden table. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a double oven, breakfast bar and a wall-mounted TV. The spacious living room has a huge leather sofa, 70” Smart TV and an electric fire for cosy nights in.

There are three good-sized bedrooms: a master en-suite with TV, a stylish double and a cheerful bunk room. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Outside, the wraparound garden and patio overlook the surrounding countryside. The garden is enclosed, though the front wall is low, so little ones and pets may need a bit of extra supervision.

You’re just moments from Mona Showground (a real hub for local events and the airfield), and only a 5-minute drive to Llangefni with its great pubs, café stops, Oriel Môn art gallery, leisure centre, skate park for little ones and our partner Mon Golf, where you’ll find a driving range, putting green and Popty Pizza for dine-in or takeaway back at the house.

Monfa is a relaxed, home-from-home with everything you need for a laid-back holiday, and a location that makes exploring Anglesey wonderfully easy.

Tucked in the heart of Anglesey, Mona (from the Roman name for Ynys Môn) is a peaceful hamlet just minutes from Llangefni.
