Porth Crigyll is a light, bright beachfront property looking out towards the dunes, with Crigyll Beach just steps from the door. The spacious layout makes the most of its prime position, with a modern coastal interior throughout.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, thanks to two sets of patio doors that frame the beach views. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer and modern appliances, with a dining table seating six and a living area with sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The decked terrace outside, with table and chairs, sits right at the edge of the dunes.
The ground floor features a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a shower room, and a utility area. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and skylights; one has an en-suite shower room, the other a walk-out balcony with sea views and blackout blinds. A dedicated office space and a family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet complete the first floor.
The rear garden looks out over the dunes, with direct access to Crigyll Beach along a sandy path. Parking for two cars on the driveway, in the peaceful, exclusive Porth Crigyll development.

The Location
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor
