Y Stabl (pronounced 'Uh Stab-al') is a charming, two bedroom cottage sleeping five guests, tucked away down a quiet lane at Glan Glors, Llanfaelog; surrounded by pastoral farmlands and nature.
This rural retreat is ideal for families or friends who want to explore everything Anglesey has to offer and then head back to peace, quiet and stunning Anglesey sunsets at the end of each day.
The closest store is a two-minute drive and a five-minute drive will take you to the vibrant seaside village of Rhosneigr and three of Anglesey’s famous golden sand beaches.
Y Stabl is one of two cottages, the other being The Granary, so if you are holidaying in an extended family or friends group you can rent both properties together.
Enter the two-storey property into the living room area which is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
The open-plan kitchen diner is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, beach picnics or a packed lunch to take on a hike along the Anglesey Coastal Path. There is a dining table with seating for up to six guests.
The living room welcomes you with a comfy corner sofa, perfect for snuggling up on at any time of the year, with views looking out to a stone walled cottage garden. The house flows round into a well-furnished kitchen, complete with a dining area that can spill out to a patio area perfect for those long summer evenings.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs there are two bright and airy bedrooms - one double bedroom and one triple room with three single beds. Both feature a sunlight that lets natural sunlight flood in during the morning and the sunset hues create a lovely warm ambience in the evenings.
The immaculate family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and a heated towel rail.

Rent together with The Granary
If you're looking to organise a family holiday or a break with friends, Y Stabl and The Granary are perfect. These two lovely cottages are situated next to each other, so you can come together for meals and movie nights, and when you are packing up your cars to head to the beach. And the separate cottage space gives you a place to relax and unwind when you need some downtime.

The management team live on the Island and will ensure that everything is as it should be ahead of your arrival. And we are always on call throughout your stay for anything you need.

The Location
Y Stabl is tucked away down a quiet lane at Glan Glors, close to the tiny village of Llanfaelog on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, North Wales.
The accommodation is surrounded by pastoral farmlands and nature. The closest store is a two-minute drive and a five-minute drive will take you to the vibrant seaside village of Rhosneigr.
Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr village has two brilliant golden sand beaches which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing.
In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain, there is a surf shop (also offering lessons) and the village is home to a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, and provides good local shopping facilities for food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the Llyn Peninsula.
Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just a few minutes drive from Y Stabl.
Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
