Conservatory: The main seating area overlooks the garden where you can take in the glorious views. Table seating for ten.
Entertaining: The sitting room boasts a Smart TV, with board games and books for all to enjoy.
Bathrooms: A wet room can be found on the ground floor. There are two family sized bathrooms found upstairs, one has a bath, the other a walk-in shower.
Access: PLEASE NOTE : The lane leading down to Tyn Pwll is single track with few passing places and should be negotiated with care.
Parking: Private parking for up to three to four cars.
Outdoor: The property includes a large garden with table and chairs, BBQ for the summer.
Tyn Pwll is a beautiful holiday home in a stunning setting with views over Llyn Maelog, Traeth Llydan and Snowdonia. It sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs.

Cosy and welcoming, Twn Pwll has been carefully modernised into a comfortable and well-equipped property, bursting with character. Overlooking the quiet and picturesque Maelog Lake in Rhosneigr, on the west coast of Anglesey, this is a truly rural setting. How far can you see? At Tyn Pwll, you’ll find a magnificent view of Wales’s largest mountain range. On a clear day you will easily see the highest mountain in Wales - Snowdon/ Yr Wyddfa and to the right views right down the Llyn Peninsula. Take a stroll to The Oyster Catcher in just 10-minutes, around the lake on the boardwalk. There is a public footpath that circumnavigates the lake, or walk up the lane and there are other fantastic eateries that serve delicious locally sourced food.
This is an idyllic property for children and adults alike, with so much to explore, chase (rabbits) and see (horses in the field next door). The garden is perfect for games of hide and seek, tag or simply for a spot of sunbathing or bird watching.
So, with buckets and spades at the ready, head off for a rock pooling or swimming spot or perhaps head off paddle boarding, sailing or maybe some fishing.
Tyn Pwll sits next to the Anglesey coastal path, which runs right around the island – ideal for walkers. So why not explore right from your front door? The coastal walks here are spectacular.
An all-year-round holiday house, Tyn Pwll is also a super destination for a winter getaway. Cosy and warm with a bioethanol fire and oil central heating, you can snuggle down by the fire with a good book or relax or sit in the conservatory and watch the clouds rolling by. People come from miles around to pack in seaside fun here.

Exploring Rhosneigr and Beyond:
Those who want to explore Anglesey can reach all four corners of Anglesey within forty minutes. Trearddur Bay is close by, and Beaumaris, with its mediaeval castle, pier, cafes, restaurants, and independent shops, is about half an hour away. The National Trust’s Plas Newydd is a lovely place to while away an afternoon, with beautiful views over the Menai Strait into Snowdonia. Young children will love Pili Palas, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm trips. Watersports such as paddleboarding and surfing lessons are available through Gecko at Rhosneigr, and the more adventurous can book kayaking or coasteering sessions locally with B-Active or Anglesey Outdoors.
