Ground Floor
Let’s start with the impressive central dining area (seats 8-10 guests) with its vaulted ceiling, overhead gallery, patio doors on three sides and skylights.
The space has a wonderful luminosity and when you open the doors you create a wonderful inside-outside space.
The cosy sitting room is a more intimate space. A place to relax with a good book or to catch up with your favourite series on TV. Or why not let the children take over this room, while you enjoy a laid-back dinner next door?
Amazing kitchen space!
As you would expect from a house like Ty Traeth, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family or cater for your celebration.
There is a smaller dining table where you can prepare snacks and dinner for the kids, and even a sofa so you can cook and chat with friends at the same time!
Sleeping arrangements
On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a guest toilet next door.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms:
- The principal bedroom enjoys wonderful views across the bay. Furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- Bedroom two has a super-king-size zip and link bed (can’t be made up as as a twin room)
- Bedroom three has a double bed and en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom four is a twin bedroom.
On this floor, there is also a large family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, Jack and Jill washbasins and a toilet.
Ty Traeth offers the ideal set up for large groups with a mix of double and twin bedrooms.
Outdoor entertaining
Throw open the French doors from the dining hall to enjoy the wonderful garden and patio area, which can also be accessed from the kitchen-diner.
There is a dining table and Chiminea BBQ set up for fun BBQ nights and the lovely enclosed lawn area is a playtime paradise for children and pets.

The management team live in the village and will ensure that everything is as it should be ahead of your arrival. And we are always on call throughout your stay for anything you need.

- All properties have a Welcome Folder to help familiarise guests with the property, the local area and the island

All about Rhosneigr
Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It’s a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.
The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday.
And so that you don’t have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.
Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.
Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!
Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
