Not only is it a beautiful holiday home with tons of fabulous features. It also boasts a superb location on the southern edge of Rhosneigr village (three minutes walk into the centre) and a minute or so walk to both Maelog Lake and Broad Beach.

Living, dining and cooking

Downstairs the entrance hallway leads into an open-plan lounge-diner, beautifully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a gorgeous log-burner, perfect for cosy autumn-winter stays.

There are tall bay windows to the front which let in loads of natural sunlight and to the rear, there is a modern dining table with seating for seven guests. There is a door out to the rear courtyard garden leading out from the dining area.

Further along the hallway, we come to a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar and TV room all-in-one.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and sparkly new. Chef enthusiasts will love cooking in this space, and the breakfast bar is the ideal place to keep the chef company.

As you enter the kitchen there is a spacious TV area with a sofa and wall-mounted TV, so your kids can watch their favourite series while you cook and keep an eye on them.

The kitchen leads out to the enclosed rear courtyard which also features a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun

Sleeping arrangements

There are four bedrooms arranged on the first floor.

• Two king-size bedrooms both with ample storage space
• One bunk room for the kids
• One single bedroom with an additional under (trundle) bed - perfect for your sleepover buddy!

Also on the first floor, is a stylish family shower room with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Who is Lakeview for?

Lakeview is ideal for families holidaying in Anglesey with children and who want to enjoy all of Rhosneigr’s best attractions on the doorstep. As all the bedrooms are located on the first floor it may not be appropriate for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

The management team live on the Island and will ensure that everything is as it should be ahead of your arrival. And we are always on call throughout your stay for anything you need.

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It’s a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don’t have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
