Sunset View is a beautifully refurbished ground floor, pet-friendly apartment for four guests with modern comforts and stunning views across Rhosneigr Bay. The clean, bright hallway offers plenty of space to hang coats, kick off sandy flip flops, and dump beach bags. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area features an incredible picture window that perfectly frames the beach and bay view. Enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee while taking in the sunset or listening to the waves. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sumptuous corner sofa, a leather tub chair, and a dining table for four by the window. The well-equipped galley-style kitchen includes an under-counter fridge and separate freezer, providing ample storage for preparing delicious family meals or beach picnics.
Sleeping arrangements include a spacious bunk bedroom with its own TV (plays DVDs only), perfect for kids to relax on rainy days, and a lovely, light double bedroom with a wardrobe and set of drawers. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail.
Sunset View also has a garage with a washing machine and a walk-in shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or washing sandy pets. The garage, located on the ground floor near the parking space, offers great storage for surfboards and wetsuits. There is no garden at Sunset View, however there is a communal landscaped area surrounding the apartment for kids to enjoy playing ball or simply for dogs to have a stroll (this communal area is not enclosed). To the rear of the property is a designated parking space and secure storage for your private use. However, with the beach less than 100m away it's the perfect place to set up as ‘base’ and enjoy the sea, sunshine and sand.
