This five-bedroom renovated farmhouse is packed with character, colour, and is set just outside Rhosneigr with gorgeous views towards Snowdonia. It’s the kind of place that brings people together, whether for beachy summer stays or cosy winter escapes, and it’s well-equipped for families or groups looking for fun, space, and a little wow-factor.
Inside, you’ll find bold local art, exposed beams, and thoughtful details throughout. The traditional-style kitchen has everything you need for group cooking or easy grazing, and flows into a light-filled dining area. The lounge is made for downtime, with sink-in sofas, a Smart TV, and a log burner. There’s also a sunny vaulted-ceiling room leading out to the BBQ patio, a handy utility, downstairs WC, a reading room with boot storage, and one ground-floor super king bedroom with en-suite (can be made into twins on request).
Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms: three super kings with en-suites and Smart TVs, and a twin room, all finished with beautiful bespoke glass artwork by House of Ugly Fish. There’s also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower opposite the twin.
But the real showstopper? The outside barns. Out back, you’ll find two fantastic converted barn spaces. One is a huge astro-turfed games zone with football, badminton, basketball, giant Connect Four, fit balls, gym equipment, and more, all kit provided. The second is a graffiti-styled arcade room with air hockey, pool and plenty of space to chill. It’s perfect for kids and grown-ups, and guaranteed to keep everyone entertained for hours.
Set on 3.75 acres with a ¾ acre paddock for kids and dogs to roam free, Glanllyn Bach has plenty of outdoor space too. There’s a BBQ area, landscaped patio, and parking for at least three cars.
