Welcome to Bryn Lon Bach, enter into a hallway with gorgeous flagstone tiled floors where you find two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms feature traditional wood-beamed ceilings which add a touch of rustic charm to each. There is a double bedroom complete with a wardrobe and set of drawers and one bunk bedroom (double under a single bed). A family bathroom completes the downstairs accommodation, featuring a shower over bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Head upstairs to an enjoyable living, dining and open-plan kitchen area with its wooden floors, beamed double-height ceilings and skylights. The living area features two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a cosy wood burner (plus there is central heating for extra warmth during autumn-winter stays). A dining table seats four guests. The American-style fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together, while you catch up on the latest gossip. If you are renting Bryn Lon Mawr as a whole, you can open the connecting door from the kitchen/diner which links to the kitchen of Bryn Lon via a hallway (this door remains locked if you are just renting one half of the property).

Bryn Lon features an enclosed rural garden area with picnic benches and swings for the children, and gorgeous views to the surrounding countryside. The garden is shared with Bryn Lon Bach. Parking for the property is at the side and there is space for two cars.

Bryn Lon Bach is one half of a stone barn conversion which has been brilliantly divided into two guest accommodations: Bryn Lon and Bryn Lon Bach, which can be rented separately or as a whole. Bryn Lon Bach sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, and up to 10 guests can stay at Bryn Lon Mawr (the two cottages together).

Excellent property in a great location. The upside down arrangement works perfectly. The secure outdoor area was perfect for my dog.

The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, no complaints at all in regards to amenities. Lady who lives in the house behind came to introd...

A lovely little cottage which suited us (a family of 4 and small dog) well. Convenient location, just off the A55. The cottage had everything we needed and the little laundry next door came in handy.

The Location

Caergeiliog combines Caer (castle/fort) and Ceiliog (cockerel), though the second element’s origin is unclear. This peaceful village is ideally located for exploring Anglesey’s beaches, RSPB Wetland Reserve, and Holyhead.

Just 10 minutes away, Holyhead offers shops, pubs, and ferries to Dublin in 2 hours 15 minutes. Nearby, Trearddur Bay (13 mins) boasts sandy beaches and South Stack Lighthouse, while Rhosneigr (15 mins) is perfect for kiting and windsurfing. With scenic trails, coastal beauty, and cultural sites close by, Caergeiliog is a tranquil yet well-connected retreat.
