Y Bwthyn (pronounced 'Uh Booth-in') is a single-storey property and features a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa, reclining armchair, and smart TV, perfect for relaxing on wet or windy days. The kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, and French doors lead out to an enclosed patio, ideal for al fresco dining on summer nights.
There are two bright and airy bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a cosy double bed, perfect for relaxation. The second bedroom includes a single trundle bed that can be converted into a twin on request. The family bathroom is a full wet room featuring a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rail.
Y Bwthyn offers an enclosed patio accessible through French doors from the kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a washing line to the side of the property for drying, accessible via a gate leading from the patio. The enclosed patio is great for dogs to stretch their little legs.
