Sleeping up to four guests across a super king bedroom and a twin, The Boathouse is a bright open‑plan space that brings the kitchen, dining and lounge areas together, with underfloor heating, quality finishes and a cosy log burner for winter stays. There’s also a shower room just off the main living area, and the king bedroom benefits from its own private ensuite.
In the warmer months, the huge sliding doors transform the space completely, opening the whole living area out to the patio and creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Enjoy slow breakfasts in the sunshine, evening drinks with the doors wide open, or fire up the concrete chiminea BBQ..
The lounge offers comfy seating for unwinding after a day on the beach, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking. Outside, the paved patio is a lovely spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
With two private parking spaces and Rhosneigr’s cafés, restaurants and shops, including Café Notos, Mojo’s and Sandy Mount House, all on your doorstep, everything you need is within easy reach. The beach is just 400 metres away, so you can enjoy coastal walks, watersports and sunset strolls on your doorstep.
Whether you’re planning active days outdoors or cosy evenings in with the doors open to the sea breeze, The Boathouse is a warm, welcoming and wonderfully social base for your Rhosneigr escape.
Good to Know
An AHL Damage Waiver is included as standard with every booking. It’s there to protect the property and give you complete peace of mind, covering accidental damage up to £250, so that if something happens, it doesn’t cast a shadow over your stay.

The Location
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor.
