Marimar is a beautifully renovated single-story cottage situated in a wonderful location, has stunning sea views and it’s just a pebble’s throw from the beach. It is also an easy walk into the centre of Rhosneigr, making it convenient for exploring the village and its amenities.
The property has a light, airy feel with rustic seaside charm throughout. The spacious living room features large windows that let natural sunlight flood in, a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous fireplace for cosy autumn-winter stays. At the front of the living room is a substantial dining table with comfortable seating for up to six guests, perfect for after-dinner chats or games. The roomy, country-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals, with ample worktop space for little chefs to help out. All bedrooms are on the ground floor, making Marimar an excellent choice for families with toddlers or guests with difficulty with stairs. The bedrooms include a master double, a comfortably sized twin, and a single room. There is one shared family bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin, and toilet.
The kitchen leads out to a lovely, enclosed garden, perfect for children and pets to run around and play. It’s also a great spot for spending summer evenings with a chilled glass of wine or beer.
