The Lookout is a ground floor apartment that perfectly combines space, comfort, and location. With two bedrooms, it’s ideal for small family groups, couples, or two couples sharing.
When you arrive at The Lookout, you’ll immediately hear the sounds of the waves lapping the shore of the beach, which is just 100 metres away. It’s a wonderful start to your holiday!
The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and fresh, beautifully decorated with cosy features. The sitting room area is cleverly organised around the large picture window that looks out across Rhosneigr Bay with views to Ynys Feurig and Holy Island beyond.
The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two recliner chairs, and a flat-screen TV. At the rear, a dining table seats four guests. The open-plan kitchen is compact but well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, picnics, or movie-night popcorn for the whole family!
The Lookout offers two double bedrooms, making it an ideal family-friendly setup. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is a twin, perfect for children. The family bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
There is no garden at The Lookout, however there is a communal landscaped area surrounding the apartment for kids to enjoy playing ball or simply for dogs to have a stroll (this communal area is not enclosed). To the rear of the property is a designated parking space for The Lookout and secure storage for your private use including a washing machine. Please be aware that the property has steps at the back. However, with the beach less than 100m away it's the perfect place to set up as ‘base’ and enjoy the sea, sunshine and sand.
