You may already be aware of Anglesey Holiday Lettings; the island’s own holiday letting’s agency. We are based here on the island and catering solely for property in the immediate vicinity.

Unusually for agents, we operate a flexible calendar for owners so whilst we handle everything on your behalf for your guests, we never forget that it’s your home and you are free to use it as much as you wish. All this for a 15% (+vat) commission rate. To date our business has grown purely by word of mouth, giving fantastic value for money whilst not compromising our high standards. We think this speaks for itself.

Guest’s FAQ’s:

What is your cancellation policy please?
All bookings with us now come with Master Cancel included, meaning all guests can cncel between 60 & 2 days ahead of arrival and receive a refund of the rental costs. The owner then still receives 90% of the rental cost if the week remains unsold.

What if there is a problem with the property whilst we are staying?
AHL have their own dedicated maintenance team on call to all of our properties, if they can’t fix something then our extensive list of reputable tradesmen will be called upon; however, all of our properties are checked ahead of your arrival.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made me feel slightly concerned about going away on holiday, what assurances can you offer?
We have produced a Covid-19 Ready Protocol, this ensures all properties are ‘Good to Go’ in line with all public health guidance.

I’m on holiday right now and want to re-book for next year. Can I?
Yes, all of our property calendars are open for up to 20 months. Don’t forget we will apply a Returning Customer Discount of 5% too!

Can I edit my booking please?
Yes, of course. You can either do it online via your Guest Login where you can add guest names, pay your balance or even add optional extras or just give us a call in the office.

Your reviews, are they genuine?
Yes, 100% verified as genuine. Only guests that have stayed with us are emailed by the independent review platform (UpFront Reviews); only the guest can respond and to date 99.8% recommend us!

Owner FAQ’s:

15% commission of what? Are there any hidden costs?
We charge 15% (plus vat) on all bookings received. There is a one off set-up fee of £150 (plus vat) and an annual charge of £150 (plus vat) if you would like our maintenance team on call to you. No hidden costs.

Who will photograph our home?
Our team will stage and photograph the property. Both Lisa and Pippa are incredibly skilled at what they do!

Do I need to provide linens and towels for guests?
We do offer, as an option, a linen hire and laundry rotation service. Our guests love our hotel quality satin linens and fluffy white towels.

How often can I use my holiday home?
We do not curtail your own personal usage.

I was stuck in a contract with my last agent, how long must I remain with you?
Our contracts only oblige you to bookings already received. We don’t lose customers, but if you were unhappy you are free to leave.

Where will my property be advertised?
We use many platforms to advertise, it really is dependant upon the type of property. Over 75% of all bookings come from our own website, but other online agencies help us achieve the sales that we do.

What do I need to do to ensure my home is compliant?
We insist that all properties have a Fire Risk Assesment, Gas Safety Cert (where applicable), annual boiler service & 5 yearly electrical inspection; all of which we can organise.
