Enter Tyn Pwll (pronounced 'Tin Poo-th') through a spacious porch leading to a large hallway. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, integrated microwave, oven, tall fridge, under-counter freezer, wine fridge, and washing machine. The kitchen also features a small dining table for children. A utility area with a wet room provides added convenience. The main sitting room boasts a large L-shaped sofa by the bioethanol fire and leads to a beautiful conservatory with table seating for ten, offering garden and lake views. A king-sized bedroom on the ground floor provides easy access. The ground floor also includes a Smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment.
The first-floor hosts four bedrooms with far-reaching views: one bunk room for young children, one double bedroom, one king bedroom, and one super king bedroom. Two family-sized bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower, ensure comfort for all guests.
This is an idyllic property for children and adults alike, with so much to explore, chase (rabbits) and see (horses in the field next door). The garden is perfect for games of hide and seek, tag or simply for a spot of sunbathing. The large garden at Tyn Pwll features a long table and chairs, a BBQ for summer feasts, and captivating views of Llyn Maelog, Traeth Llydan, and Snowdonia. Please note - The lane leading to Tyn Pwll is single track with few passing places, so it should be negotiated with care. Private parking is available for three to four cars.
