Step into Dwylan - pronounced 'Dwill-Lan', a true tardis of a holiday home that stretches beyond what you’d expect, offering endless nooks and crannies for the kids to play hide and seek. Despite its expansive size, this home gives off an inviting, cosy feel that’s perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. Enter through a bright and airy garden room, a great spot to sit back, watch the world go by, or take in a morning coffee. The large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home, designed for families. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, while the spacious living area features ample seating, a Smart TV, and doors that open onto a patio — perfect for evening dining or simply soaking up the coastal air.
Just off the main kitchen area, a cosy snug provides a quiet retreat or space for teens to unwind. Through another door off the kitchen is a utility room that offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, while a kit room and large garage provide ample space for watersports gear, bags, and other equipment. Additionally, there is a downstairs toilet and under-stairs storage.
The downstairs also boasts a bright king bedroom with direct access to the patio. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms: a huge master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a king room, a twin bedroom, and a cosy bunk room. Each bedroom is well-furnished with storage furniture. The family bathroom includes a bath, shower, sink, and toilet. Dwylan’s enclosed patio offers a safe, sunny spot for children and pets to play, while you unwind or host a family barbecue. The driveway accommodates up to three cars, ensuring easy parking for all guests.
