The Location

Rhoscolyn means "Column Moor," possibly referencing a historic standing stone. Nestled on Holy Island’s southern tip, this tranquil village boasts stunning views of the Irish Sea and the Lleyn Peninsula.

Famed for its rocky coastline and hidden coves, Rhoscolyn’s Borth Wen Beach offers golden sands, rock pooling, and calm waters for paddling. Water sports lovers can enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing, while walkers can explore the Anglesey Coastal Path, passing Bwa Du and Bwa Gwyn rock formations.

The White Eagle pub is a must-visit for seafood lovers, and nearby Trearddur Bay and Valley provide more amenities. Rhoscolyn is a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.
