As you enter Coed y Llan you feel you’re in a mediterranean villa, the hallway splits off into three directions. To the right is the first super-king en-suite bedroom, and the beautifully spacious open-plan living area with a ground floor sunken den, separate dining area, and upper-level mezzanine snug. Patio doors on either side lead to the veranda and a sunny conservatory with two comfy sofas. The mezzanine snug offers heavenly views across the dunes to the sea. A guest cloak toilet is located in the impressive hallway. Off to the left is the fully equipped kitchen, which has ample space for meal preparation and includes a breakfast bar. Patio doors from the kitchen open to an enclosed courtyard, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast in the sun. A further super-king en-suite bedroom is also found down here. Heading straight on in the hallway you will find the family bathroom, twin bedroom, double bedroom and the third and final super-king en-suite bedroom (note: this is down three or so steps)
