At Anglesey Holiday Lettings, we’re all about helping guests turn a good stay into a great one. And sometimes, that means adding a little extra. The Occasion

Jay hosted a weekend celebration at one of our larger properties, Ty Traeth, and it was all about good food, great company, and making memories. Friends, and a few little ones, joined in the fun, and the star of the show? Graham Tinsley MBE, a Yhangry chef with serious credentials and even more charm.

Graham was fantastic,” says Jay. “He was so warm, came with everything, prepped the food beautifully, and took time to share the menu and chat with guests. His background is fascinating; he’s got an MBE! But most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. He took control of the kitchen and was honestly the highlight of the weekend.

How to Book a Chef with Yhangry

  • How easy is it to book a chef?
    Very easy! Simply enter your postcode, select your date, number of guests and what type of event you are planning from birthday celebrations to work event, anniversaries to full-time chef (imagine no cooking at all). Then what type of food you are after; 3 course meal, sharing platters, BBQ, afternoon tea etc and then browse the chefs available and select one!
  • Can I customise the menu?
    Absolutely, Chefs are happy to adjust dishes to dietary needs or special requests.
  • Do I need to provide the equipment?
    Yes, and no, as you are in a holiday home, all the cooking equipment and facilities are at your fingertips, but Yhangry Chefs typically do not bring their own equipment. If there are concerns, discuss with the Chef about what you have available at your property.
  • Is it suitable for families?
    Yes! Chefs can cater for children as well as adults, making it perfect for family celebrations.
