Lakeview is a four-bedroom period property that has undergone a transformation. The newly painted pink door sets the tone for this beautiful holiday home, in a superb location on the southern edge of Rhosneigr village.
The entrance hallway leads into an open-plan lounge-diner, beautifully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a gorgeous log-burner, perfect for cosy autumn-winter stays. Tall bay windows at the front let in loads of natural sunlight, while at the rear, a modern dining table with seating for seven guests opens onto the rear courtyard garden. Further along the hallway, you'll find a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, and TV room all-in-one. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, with a breakfast bar ideal for keeping the chef company. The adjacent TV area with a sofa and wall-mounted TV allows kids to watch their favourite series while you cook. The kitchen also opens onto the enclosed rear courtyard, featuring a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Under the stairs, the space has been utilised well and offers a downstairs toilet and sink.
The first-floor hosts four bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms with ample storage space, one bunk room for the kids, and one single bedroom with an additional trundle bed that can be booked on request (there is an additional charge for linens, please contact the office). A stylish family shower room with a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet is also located on this floor.
Lakeview features an enclosed rear courtyard garden with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. There is on-road parking for one car at the front of the property.
