Notice to Customers
Coronavirus Update 1600hrs Friday 17th December 2021

In light of the continued developments of the Covid-19 Guidelines across the United Kingdom, I wanted to reach out to you personally once again, to update and assure you.

There are currently no restrictions in Wales that prevent guests from coming to stay with us, therefore there are currently no changes to our existing Bookings and Cancellations Policy.

We continue to closely monitor updates from Public Health Wales and the NHS, we are doing all we can to ensure your safety and demonstrate flexibility as the situation unfolds each day.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you do have any queries, but we ask all customers to please bear with us in these very busy times, we are a small family business but have extended our working days to handle the increased volume of calls and emails. Our primary preferred method of communication is via email, during these immensely busy periods. However, we will do our best to answer all calls where possible.
