We’re starting at the heart of comfort, our dedicated laundry unit team in Llangefni, led by Lauren. From sorting, washing, drying, and folding property linen packs to delivering hotel-quality towels and bedding across the island, this hardworking crew plays a huge role in making every AHL stay feel fresh and flawless. 

At Anglesey Holiday Lettings, we believe that even the smallest details make the biggest difference. One of the most important (but often unsung!) parts of delivering an exceptional guest experience is our dedicated in-house laundry unit. Thanks to Lauren and her incredible team, we’re able to provide guests and owners with pristine, hotel-quality linen and towels across all our properties, week in, week out. 

Why we invested in our own Laundry Unit 

We wanted total confidence that every guest would experience the same high standards of comfort and cleanliness, no matter which property they stay in. By bringing laundry in-house, we control the quality (and fluffiness!) of every towel and sheet, while creating local jobs and expanding our brilliant team.  

It’s just one of the ways we’re raising the bar for guest satisfaction.

All but two of our property owners choose to use the linen hire and laundry service option because they know their guests will arrive to soft, clean, high-quality linen and towels, along with essential extras for a cosy and convenient stay. Our glowing reviews are proof that the effort behind the scenes is well worth it! 

Meet Lauren

Lauren is the driving force behind our laundry unit and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to keeping things running smoothly. From packing property linen packs to coordinating with our housekeeping teams across the island, Lauren’s attention to detail and ability to juggle a hundred tasks at once keeps everything on track.  

On top of that, Lauren and her team orders and managers our Arrival Essential tote bags, ensuring that every guest receives a thoughtfully packed set of complimentary essentials to get their holiday started the right way. 

Described by her colleagues as caring, Lauren is passionate about the part her team plays in the AHL experience.
