They are the voice and soul of Anglesey Holiday Lettings. The first hello, the reassuring fixers, the calm in the chaos, and often the last thank you. 

Our Guest Services team is more than a department; they’re the heartbeat of what we do. Based right here on Anglesey, they know the island, the properties, the quirks, the views, the guest expectations and they care. Genuinely. Fiercely. With pride. 

Led by Barbs and supported by Jan, Tracey, and Emma, this incredible team works around the clock to ensure your stay is smooth, enjoyable, and handled with care. They’re bursting with energy, full of heart, and quietly go about turning issues into answers, and stresses into smiles. 

As Barbs puts it:

Whether it’s an early morning question, a missing teddy, or something gone wrong in a property, our team responds quickly and personally. They’re not bots, they’re real people, doing a tough job well and always with kindness and joy. 

Barbs adds

More and more people are arriving stressed, frustrated, or ready to pick fault. And while we absolutely understand the pressure and expectations of modern travel, we’re asking (or reminding people) please, be kind. We’re human. We will always do everything we can to help, but we can only do what we can do

They’re supported every day by the rest of the AHL family, from Maintenance, who keep our properties safe and in good working order, to Housekeeping and Laundry, who make sure every home is spotless and welcoming. Marketing ensures our properties are seen and celebrated, while the wider operations team keep everything moving behind the scenes. Together, these departments keep a finger firmly on the pulse, making sure our guests and owners enjoy the very best service.
