There is a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils for evening preparing meals and lunch time picnics. The kitchen includes a dining table for family meals or board games. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room and kit room providing additional convenience.

Stairs from the hallway lead to a twin bedroom, a separate toilet, and an upstairs ‘den’ room equipped with a Smart TV. This area serves as a great hideaway for children or teenagers, offering a separate space to relax and play.
