Located close to the centre of Rhosneigr village and just a three-minute walk to the beach and Boat Pool, Kiloran is a modern and quirky holiday home ideal for young families looking to enjoy a fun beach escape on Anglesey.

The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, a vintage radio player, and a wood burner, perfect for cosy autumn-winter stays. The single-line kitchen is well equipped with ample cupboards and work surfaces. The conservatory includes a dining table for six, made from eco-friendly wood with recycled chairs and bench seating. The patio is accessible from the conservatory, has tub chairs and a BBQ for outdoor. Additionally on the ground floor is a bunk room ideal for children, with a full-size bunk bed, hanging space, and a separate toilet with sink.
The upstairs area includes a master bedroom furnished with a double pallet-style low bed and a twin bedroom with two single bamboo pallet-style beds, clothes storage, and hanging space. Both rooms have angled windows with Velux blinds. The shared family shower room features a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Kiloran offers a small, patio with tub chairs and a BBQ, where you can relax. The property has a small private parking space for one car, with additional parking available around Rhosneigr village.
