The contemporary pet-friendly detached home is oozing with natural light and features a stylish maritime decor and lots of luxury touches throughout, you can also enjoy the private lawned garden, patio and raised deck area.
On the ground floor
The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner, perfect for autumn-winter stays. Patio doors illuminate the interior and lead out to the patio area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a sunny morning coffee.
The modern, spacious kitchen is a dream space for the amateur Masterchefs of the family. Fully equipped and with plenty of work surfaces and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen features two walls of patio doors that lead out to the terrace with a further dining table, so you can open up the space to create an indoor/outdoor dining area, perfect for warm summer evenings.
There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a further bedroom in the annexe:
- En suite master bedroom with a Super-king-size bed and Juliet balcony. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and a toilet.
- A further double bedroom with a King-size bed
- Twin room
- Bunk bedroom
There is a shared family bathroom equipped with a bath with a shower over, washbasin and a toilet.
The Annexe
Out of the Blue also has a comfortable one-bedroom attached annexe that can be accessed from the main house and closed off for more privacy.
It’s the perfect set-up for guests who want some privacy away from the main group or for those who have difficulty with stairs.
The modern interior features stripped wood flooring throughout and comprises an open-plan living room, dining area for two guests, a well-equipped galley-style kitchen, a King-size bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a bath over shower, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
Head out through the French doors to enjoy the sunny lawned garden and patio!

- Out of the Blue has off-street parking for two cars (more if you want to block each other in).
- The accommodation is pet-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved dogs between the main house and annexe.
- This property provides one travel cot and one highchair - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen.

All about Rhosneigr
Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It’s a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.
The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don’t have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.
Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.
Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!
Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
