Notice to Customers
Coronavirus Update 0900hrs 22nd of July 2021

In light of the continued positive developments of the Covid-19 Guidelines across the United Kingdom, I wanted to reach out to you personally once again, update and assure you as to the measures we at Anglesey Holiday Lettings have put in place.

We have now implemented a temporary change to our Bookings and Cancellations Policy. These policies have been put in place in line with consumer law, current Government guidance and a common-sense approach, which include:

  • Currently guests are permitted to stay overnight in self-catering accommodation if firstly you are two households of any number (each household can include an existing extended household) or if you are in a group of up to 6 from any number of households (children count towards the limit of 6).
  • Any guest booking with numbers of households that exceed this guideline, up to but not including the 7thof August 2021 can be cancelled and refunded or transferred to a future date.
  • All other bookings beyond the 6th of August 2021 remain in place and under our standard Terms & Conditions, which are being continually reviewed.
  • Please note that if your booking dates are affected by either Anglesey Holiday Lettings going into a further lockdown or guest’s area (as per the booking form) going into lockdown then we would refund all monies paid. If there were further restrictions on size groups that prevent guests from coming, we would also offer a full refund. However, if a guest wanted to cancel because a member of the party contracted Covid or has to self-isolate we would only allow a cancellation under our normal terms and conditions as these are insurable risks.

We ask all customers to please bear with us in these very busy times, we are a small family business but have extended our working days to handle the increased volume of calls and emails. Our primary preferred method of communication is via email, during these immensely busy periods. However, we will do our best to answer all calls where possible.
