Notice to Existing Customers
Coronavirus Update 1400hrs 5th January 2021
In light of the continued developments of the Covid-19 Guidelines across the United Kingdom, I wanted to reach out to you personally to update you on our Bookings and Cancellations Policy; to reflect the laws that have been put in place by Government:
- As of the 20th December onwards all properties were closed to guests. We have no idea at present how long this will continue to be in force for, therefore any guest booking due to arrive within a rolling 28 day basis will be cancelled and refunds of all monies will be given.
- All other bookings due to arrive outside of the 28-day period, remain under our standard Terms & Conditions.
We offer our sincere apologies for the continued changes to bookings, but we must operate within the law, protect our communities and preserve the wellbeing of our guests and staff whilst offering our property owners future security.
We ask all customers to please bear with us in these very busy times, we are a small family business but have extended our working days to handle the increased volume of calls and emails. Our primary preferred method of communication is via email, however, we will do our best to answer all calls where possible.
Please be assured we are continually engaging with our property owners, local authorities and businesses to ensure we remain as flexible as possible. We really need our customers to support us, our beautiful island and industry in these very difficult times! Where better than our beautiful island to come, but the health and wellbeing of our community and staff must come ahead of an escape to Anglesey.
