Beach House is everything you want from a beach escape retreat and more. Set over the entire ground floor of a beautiful period property, the accommodation is just steps away from the beach, boasts its own private path access, and is a few minutes walk to the centre of Rhosneigr village.
Light, fresh and airy, Beach House perfectly fuses period features and elegance with a ton of modern comforts. And as it's set over one floor, it’s ideal for families travelling with toddlers or guests who have difficulty with stairs.
Living, dining and cooking
The three-bedroom accommodation is wonderfully spacious with a beautiful living room decorated in neutral shades and furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a charming window table with padded seating, so you can enjoy breakfast, whilst catching up with the news or children’s TV, depending on the guest!
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with lots of workspace so you can share the prepping chores. There is also a sizeable dining table for breakfast, relaxed brunches and informal dinners, or for preparing a picnic and getting ready for the beach.
Outdoors
A door in the living room leads out to the sunny patio with its seating area. The outside space comprises the front patio area, a pretty enclosed garden, and a private, rear courtyard – the ideal spot for alfresco dining or barbecuing.
Sleeping arrangements
The spacious en suite master bedroom enjoys fabulous views of the sea and beach and has tons of wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom features a lovely bath with a shower over, washbasin, and a toilet.
There are two further spacious twin bedrooms completing the sleeping accommodation.
To complete the accommodation, there is a good-sized family bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin and sink.

- Beach House is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet.
- Beach House is accessed via a private no-through road off the lower end of the High Street. A few steps down a pedestrian path brings you out onto the main beach between Harrison Drive and the Boatpool.
- Beach House has space for two cars.
- The property provides 1 travel cot and 1 highchair only - We dont provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen.

Beach House is family-friendly and ideal for families with small toddlers, and with grandparents too, as everything is set over the ground floor, and boasting easy access to the beach and village.

All about Rhosneigr
Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It’s a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.
The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don’t have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.
Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.
Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!
Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
